Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Morrison tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5 business days.
